Orders

Our shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via the Yoco Payment Gateway. We also accept bank deposits, however your order will be placed on hold until the funds have cleared in our account.

You will be able to choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number for your reference.

Shipping and pick-up

We offer flat-rate shipping for your convenience: R100 within Gauteng, and R120 for deliveries across the rest of South Africa.

Absolutely! We can ship your order internationally. However, due to varying weights, destinations, and shipping options, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all cost for international shipping.

The good news is we can easily calculate the most cost-effective shipping rate for you! Simply contact us with your desired items and shipping address, and we will get you a personalised quote. Let us know if you have any questions about the international shipping process!

Most orders are ready for shipment in 1-2 days (excluding special orders, which might take a bit longer). We take pride in efficient processing, and depending on your location, you can expect your goodies to arrive in 1-3 business days within Gauteng or 3-5 business days nationwide. These are estimated timeframes, and your confirmation email will include the most accurate delivery information for your specific order.

We use one of South Africa’s top couriers to ensure you only get the best service when shopping with us. We partner with The Courier Guy, for reliable door-to-door delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email, where you can check the shipping status.
