Returns
Thank you for shopping at The Wishmill. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact us directly via email at info@thewishmill.com. We will require your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage (if applicable).
Once we receive your request and verify the information, we will process the return with our courier partner.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding the shipping cost. Processing time for refunds is typically within 1 to 2 business days after your return arrives at our premises.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital Products
- Personalised Products

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- The item must be in its original packaging
